One of the major benefits of mindfulness is that we discover the choices we have at every moment. This means we have a choice whether to accept or reject what’s right in front of us. This is the push and pull of life and can be exhausting. What if we simply maintain an attitude of acceptance and see where it leads us? Will our dukkha (suffering) be eased?
